Movement Without Limits Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Movement Without Limits is a low to moderate intensity fitness program designed to accommodate various fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate. Classes will focus on strengthening the muscles we use daily as well as improving balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Join us for a fun filled socially interactive hour of fitness.
Each class is 60 minutes long so to participate you should be comfortable being active for this length of time.
Cost: $125 (+ gst) for 10 classes, held once weekly in the Fireplace Room at Copperclub. You will need to provide your own exercise mat.
Dates: June 3 to August 12 (Saturday mornings)
